About This Coffee

A Catuai variety coffee from Finca Lorayne, located in El Salto, Boquete, Panama at 1630–1700 masl. Produced by Edwin Rosas and Marcus J. Durán of Adaura Coffee, a third-generation family farm founded in 2018. Harvested in 2025 and processed using the washed method. Roasted for espresso, this coffee features tasting notes of dried fruits, hazelnut, brown sugar, and dark chocolate, with a round and smooth character.
