A single origin coffee from Carmen Estate in the Paso Ancho Valley, Volcán region of Panama, grown at 1,650–1,900 masl by the Dashang Group. The variety is Caturra, processed using the fully washed method. Flavor notes include brown sugar, cacao, butter, and avocado.
