This coffee is a natural processed Geisha from Panama, specifically from the Chevas Coffee Estate in Alto Quiel, Boquete, Chiriqui at 1,500 meters altitude. It is naturally processed using a 15-day drying in cherry on raised meshes. The flavor profile includes notes of coffee cherry, rhubarb, raspberry, apricot aroma, and red grape aftertaste, with mid-intensity malic acidity, a juicy light body, and balanced synergy. The roast style is traditional and optimized for filter brewing.
