A Geisha Green Tip variety whole bean coffee from Finca Deborah in Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama, grown at 1,950 masl. Processed using a Nitrogen Macerated Natural method — whole, very ripe Geisha cherries are deposited in hermetic tanks for over 100 hours with nitrogen periodically infused to remove oxygen, then dried on a three-tier system for up to 30 days. Flavor notes include rose hip, raspberry, champagne, white grape, thyme, strawberry, blackberry, and malic. Part of the Nirvana lot introduced in 2020, representing an advanced level of anaerobic fermentation.
