A Geisha Green Tip variety coffee from Finca Deborah in Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama, grown at 2,100 masl. Processed using a cascara-infused carbonic maceration washed method: cherries are pulped, cascara (coffee cherry skin) is added into the CO2-infused tank for over 50 hours with monitored pH, temperature, and CO2 levels, then rinsed and dried on raised African beds. Flavor notes include jasmine, lemon, bergamot, blueberry, lavender, tangerine, tea rose, white wine, and cranberry. This lot placed 2nd at the 2019 World Barista Championship.
