This Panama Geisha coffee is grown at Finca Deborah at 1,900-2,000 meters altitude. The variety is Green Tip Geisha, processed using carbonic maceration natural method. Producer Jamison Savage employs innovative fermentation techniques including yeast inoculation to enhance the coffee's natural complexity and flavor diversity.
