This Geisha lot comes from the Gallardo family's Finca Jurutungo farm in Panama, located on the same mountain as their acclaimed Finca Nuguo. Produced by José Gallardo, who won Best Overall Coffee Producer at Best of Panama 2021. The coffee undergoes a fermented honey process with controlled fermentation in tanks for several days, first at the Nuguo farm at 16-27°C, then transferred to David city for continued fermentation at 32°C. The beans were dried in a controlled room at 28°C and stored at 11.3% relative humidity.
