Panama coffee from Finca Lérida, grown at Alto Quiel at 1700 meters altitude. Undergoes an experimental anaerobic fermentation process for 48 hours followed by slow drying in a cold storage room for one month. Delivers a sweet and fruity cup with tasting notes of plum, cherry, lavender, and green grape.

Ditta Artigianale was founded in 2013 by multi-time barista champion Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer with the bold ambition to shake up Italy's coffee culture.
