Panama Geisha Bloom

This is a Panama Geisha coffee from the Chiriqui province, one of Panama's main coffee-producing regions. The coffee is grown in three main growing areas: Boquete, Volcán, and Renacimiento, located around the country's volcanoes including Barú. The volcanic soil, combined with the unique microclimate created by fog called "bajareque" and moderate ocean breezes, allows the coffee berries to ripen slowly and accumulate more sugars and essential oils. This coffee was selected through the Taiwanese exporter BlackGold, who works closely with farmers in Panama.
