This Geisha coffee is sourced from Mi Finquita Coffee Farm in Panama. Grown at high altitudes between 1650 and 2000 meters, this natural processed coffee offers a refined and complex profile. It features delicate floral notes of jasmine, complemented by vibrant flavors of blood orange and ripe apricot. The cup is characterized by a silky texture and a long, clean finish. This selection has been recognized for its high quality, having been used as a competition coffee in the Italian Barista Championship.
Ditta Artigianale was founded in 2013 by multi-time barista champion Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer with the bold ambition to shake up Italy's coffee culture. Their roasting approach is a significant departure from the classic Italian style, to preserve the characteristics of the bean and bring out its sweetness. Francesco is traveling constantly to source traceable, high-quality micro-lots and treats the product with a level of respect that was almost unheard of in the local espresso bars.
