About This Coffee

Panama Teresa is an Arabica coffee from Boquete, Chiriqui Province, Santa Clara district, Panama. It is grown at 1400–1800m AMSL on the Santa Teresa farm, which features rich black volcanic soil and micro-climates created by undulating valleys and ridges. The variety is Caturra, processed using the honey method. It is a medium roast with tasting notes of honey lemon, toffee, and white flowers, offering medium acidity and a medium, complex body.
