Taith Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by Paola Trujillo at Patio Bonito farm in Colombia. It is a Typica variety grown at 1570-1650 meters altitude. The cherries are selectively handpicked and undergo a 22-hour anaerobic fermentation following Cofinet's protocol, followed by additional fermentation and washed processing. The coffee is dried on raised beds to 9.5-11% moisture content. The result is a refined, crisp, and vibrant cup with lime sherbet, brown sugar, and caramel flavor notes.
