A blend of 65% Brazil and 35% Ethiopia. The Brazilian component comes from Cachoeira Da Grama in the Mogiana region, processed using pulped natural method. The Ethiopian component comes from Magarissa Refisa in Nensebo, processed using washed method. Flavor notes include hazelnut, brown sugar, pear, and green apple, with a rich and syrupy character.
