About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from the Banz area of the North Wahgi District, Jiwaka Province, Papua New Guinea, grown at 1,500–1,700 meters above sea level. Produced by Mr. Joseph Nuno and approximately 30 small producers through the Dako Wet Mill, using Arusha, Typica, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon varieties. Fully washed and medium roasted, with a silky body and tasting notes of sparkling grape, cranberry juice, pineapple, and cocoa bar. Champagne grape acidity with aromas of fruity rhubarb.
