A washed coffee from the Sigri farm in the Waghi Valley region of Papua New Guinea, grown at approximately 1550 meters altitude on 122 hectares of fertile volcanic soil. The farm uses hand-picking during the May–August harvest period. Varieties include Arusha and Typica. The coffee is described as delicate and very clean with floral notes and a hint of green apple.
