Washed Typica coffee from Cusco, Peru, produced by indigenous Quechua farmers Alejandro Condori Choqque and Cleofe Consa Ttito at Pisunayniyuq farm (3 hectares, 2,083 meters altitude) in the Origins of the Lacco Valley Coop. Shade-grown Typica variety with 24-hour dry fermentation and raised bed drying. Exhibits caramel, marshmallow, vanilla, milk chocolate, cherry, and orange notes with a coating, sweet, and rounded character. Cup score: 86.
