A washed coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru, grown at 1,400–1,800 meters above sea level. The varieties include Catimor, Caturra, and Typica, and the coffee holds an Organic (Ecológico) certification. Tasting notes include red fruits, mandarin, sweetness, caramel, and cacao, with aromas of lemon zest and cacao. Features a medium-high body and acidity, high intensity, and medium-high sweetness.
