About This Coffee

A natural process coffee from the Asociacion de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto cooperative in the Amazonian Andes of northern Peru. The coffee features 189 member farmers committed to producing high-quality beans while improving community welfare. Harvested cherries are carefully selected and sorted by density before natural fermentation on raised beds and final hulling and sorting. Bright and fruity with notes of blood orange, apricot, and nougat.
