About This Coffee

Peru El Rejo Sidra is a single‑origin coffee from Cajamarca, Peru, produced at the El Rejo farm by José Enrique Rivera (Pepe). Grown at 1700–1850 m, the lot is the Sidra variety and processed fully washed. Tasting notes list white floral aromatics, juicy cherry, orange, honey and bright tangerine with a delicate, lingering sweetness.
