About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from eight farmers in the high-altitude areas surrounding Jaén, in the Cajamarca region of northern Peru. Grown at altitudes between 1750 and 2000 meters, this washed coffee is a blend of Catuai, Pache, and Caturra varieties. It offers a flavor profile featuring milk chocolate with nuts, hibiscus, and green apple. The coffee is processed using hand-operated pulpers and fermentation tanks, followed by drying on patios or raised beds, ensuring high quality and transparency.

Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
