This coffee is sourced from eight producers in the Jaén region of Cajamarca, Peru, grown at an altitude of 1750 to 2000 meters. It is a washed process coffee consisting of Catuai, Pache, and Caturra varieties. The flavor profile features notes of milk chocolate with nuts, hibiscus, and green apple. This coffee is suitable for all types of filter brewing methods.
