This washed coffee comes from Finca Pacpa in Lonya Grande, Amazonas, Peru at 1850 meters elevation. It is a Geisha variety produced by Manuel Marlo Baca. The producer ferments only the ripest cherries for 18 hours and dries them for up to 30 days on raised beds. This light roast showcases exceptional depth and balance with prominent floral notes. Tasting notes include wild jasmine flowers, ripe tropical fruit, yellow peach, raw honey, and velvety body.
