This single-origin coffee is produced by Percy Huaman Pintado at the Rayos de Sol farm in the Alto Ihuamaca region of San Ignacio, Peru. Grown at an altitude of 1825 meters, this Gesha variety coffee is processed using the washed method. It offers a bright, sparkly, and delicate profile with tasting notes of white flowers, wildflower honey, hibiscus, and grapefruit. This elegant coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
