The coffee grows at 1,900-2,050 meters altitude in volcanic soil. It undergoes soft washed processing with an extended 36-hour fermentation before washing. The coffee exhibits yuzu, white peach, praline, and black tea notes with bright acidity, layered sweetness, and a smooth, balanced body.
