This coffee is produced by Wilber Tello at the Morada del Cafe farm in the Inkawasi valley, Cusco, Peru. Grown at an altitude of 2200 meters, this SL9 variety is processed using a traditional washed method, involving 36 hours of fermentation in open tanks followed by slow drying on raised beds. The flavor profile is intensely floral with notes of white rose, cherry blossom, magnolia, and wisteria, complemented by juicy flavors of grape, milk bottle sweets, tropical soda, melon, and peach, with a layered finish of white tea, soursop, bergamot, and calamansi marmalade.

Scenery Coffee Roasters was founded in London in 2023 by a trio with a combined three decades of experience in the specialty coffee industry. They roast on a Loring S35, producing on set days and holding coffee in airtight bulk storage before bagging, a workflow designed around freshness and consistency. Sourcing is forward looking: Scenery works with importers to purchase coffee early while it is still at origin, releasing lots as they land in the UK. All furniture in the space is upcycled, and the approach to materials follows the same minimal intervention philosophy that guides the roasting. Scenery was named a Sprudge Notable Roaster for 2025 and won Sprudge Best Design/Packaging in 2024.
