Pie Face V. 2 is a coffee from Colombia produced by farmer Jairo Arcila. This blend features Castillo, Pink Bourbon, and Caturra varieties processed using various co-fermentation techniques. It is roasted to a medium-light level and offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of cinnamon brioche, strawberry jam, and chocolate tart.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots.
