A Yellow Typica from the La Lia Micro-mill in Tarrazu, Costa Rica, produced by Oscar and Luis Monge at 1940 meters altitude. Processed using the yellow honey method, this exclusive lot has been sourced since 2021 and has grown from a 23kg carton to over 100kg in 2025. The 2025 harvest features vibrant florals reminiscent of high-grown Geisha coffees, with tasting notes of juicy pineapple, lavender, and sweet peach.
