This coffee is from Panama, produced by Graciano Cruz at his farm Los Lajones. The farm sits at over 2000 meters altitude, making it one of the highest in Central America. Graciano has owned the farm since 1992 and grows mainly yellow Catuai and Geisha varieties. The coffee is processed using the natural method (bärtorkade), which involves drying the cherries with the bean inside, resulting in minimal water consumption. This year's harvest offers flavors of dried strawberry, honey, and cloudberry.
An Örebro-based roastery born from a love of coffee, using a "slow roast" method in small batches to allow each coffee's unique flavor and character to develop.
