Single-origin Pink Bourbon from Cauca, Colombia (El Girasol / farmer Wilton Benitez) grown at ~1900 MASL. An advanced, controlled fermentation process (multiple oxidations and fermentations, washed and dried on patios) yields a filter roast with vibrant notes of passion fruit, silky body and rose-lemonade brightness.
