A honey-processed coffee from Nebilyer Plantation in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, grown at 1,350–1,550 masl. Farmed by James and Rita Leahy, with 98% of employees sourced from local communities. Varieties include Arusha, Bourbon, and Typica. Cherries are selectively handpicked, floated, and pulped before parchment is dried on patios and raised beds for 8–12 days. Flavor notes of purple grape, blackcurrant, honeysuckle, and monk fruit.
