About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1700 meters by approximately 75 growers. It consists of Caturra and Castillo varieties. The beans undergo an EA (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination process, which uses sugar cane and mountain spring water to remove 99.9% of the caffeine while preserving the bean's cellular structure. The flavor profile features notes of mandarin, sugar cane, red fruit, chocolate, caramel, and lime, offering a clean, syrupy, and balanced cup.

Fabrica

As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
