The blend includes Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra cultivars sourced from altitudes between 1500-2070 meters. The beans undergo the Sugarcane Process decaffeination method, which uses natural sugarcane derivatives for caffeine removal.

Daniel Borrás and Taylor Lafitte co founded Flow Coffee in Atlanta after meeting and working together in Argentina's specialty coffee scene. The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
