Popayan Reserve is a single-origin coffee from Cauca, Colombia, produced through collaboration with approximately 65 growers. Grown in the Popayan region at 1,700 meters altitude, the coffee features cultivars including Castillo, Caturra, Catimor, and Typica. The Meseta de Popayan's shelter within the Andes Mountains provides homogeneous climatic conditions. The coffee offers a balanced cup profile with floral and caramel notes.
Daniel Borrás and Taylor Lafitte co founded Flow Coffee in Atlanta after meeting and working together in Argentina's specialty coffee scene. The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
