POTION: Colombia Anaerobic Washed

A single origin coffee produced by Juan D Gallego at Buena Vista Farm in Risaralda, Colombia, harvested in December 2022. The Castillo Rosario variety is grown at 1810–1940 masl and processed using an anaerobic washed method, involving 18 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by 62 hours in a stainless steel bioreactor with periodic washing using pulp juice. The cup is fruit-forward and clean, with tasting notes of mango, blackberry, caramel, and candied apple. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing. Cup score: 85.00.
