A single-origin coffee from Laks Farm in Pachalur Village, Pulney Hills, Tamil Nadu, India — one of the highest growing regions in Tamil Nadu at 4,920 ft elevation. Grown organically without chemical pesticides or fertilisers, the farm intercropped with oranges, cardamom, pepper, and banana. Varieties Chandragiri and SL-9. Processed using a washed method with a Penagos washer and pulper, then dried on raised beds — morning sun for two days followed by shade drying for 20–25 days. Medium roast with tasting notes of citrus fruits, cherries, and nuts.
