This Ethiopian single-origin coffee comes from Guji Shakiso at 1,900–2,000 meters. It uses Heirloom varieties (G1) and is processed with a water-washed method followed by Peach Brandy barrel aging. It is lightly roasted to preserve fruit-forward acidity and a smooth, wine-like finish, featuring notes of peach and a refined brandy aroma, with a honeyed, creamy aftertaste.
