This coffee is produced by Basha Bekele in the Bensa region of Ethiopia at an altitude of approximately 2000 meters. It is an anaerobic natural processed coffee of the 74158 variety. The roast level is light, offering a flavor profile characterized by notes of black cherry, candied apple, and meyer lemon.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots.
