This organic certified blend consists of beans from Brazil (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza), Sumatra (Gayo Ketiara), and Ethiopia (Guji Hambella Natural and Suke Quto Washed). The majority of beans come from Indonesia and Brazil, providing a full-bodied character, while natural processed beans from Ethiopia contribute fruity flavors. Dark roasting reduces acidity and develops powerful, bittersweet flavors.
