A bittersweet, mildly spicy and fruity espresso with a distinct fullness. The majority of the beans have a full-bodied character and typically come from Indonesia and Brazil, with coffee beans from Ethiopia adding fruity flavors. The current blend includes Brazil Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, Sumatra Gayo Ketiara, Ethiopia Guji Ambella Natural, and Ethiopia Suke Quto Washed. This is a dark roast coffee where the beans are given extra time in the roaster to develop bold and rich characteristics, reducing acidity while bringing out powerful and bittersweet flavors.
