This is a decaf coffee from Granja Paraiso 92 in Colombia, produced by Wilton Benitez. The coffee grows at 1900 MASL in Piendamó, Cauca region. It is the Red Bourbon variety processed through an inoculation fermentation method with sugarcane decaffeination. The coffee offers a sweet, fruit-forward profile with notes of skittles, berries, and fruit salad, featuring bright citric acidity and a silky body with a medium finish. Roasted to a light-medium level.
