This coffee is grown by a small farming community in Onan Ganjang, located southwest of Lake Toba in North Sumatra at 1500 meters altitude. The Onan Ganjang varietal is a rare natural cross between S795 and Bourbon with dominant Bourbon genetics. It is processed using the Giling Basah (wet hull) method. The coffee displays blackberry, herbal, cedar, and creamy aromas with flavor notes of black raspberry, orange peel, tobacco, cedar, and vanilla.
