The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
