This coffee is produced at Red Dragon Estate in the Lujiangba mountains of Yunnan, China, at an altitude of 1,850 meters. It is made from Typica variety cherries that are carefully hand-selected and processed using a natural method. The cherries undergo controlled fermentation at 22°C followed by natural drying for approximately 30 days. The producer, Lao Wang, established the "All Red Cherry Plan" in 2016, committing to purchase only perfectly ripe cherries at above-market prices and providing new plants to growers.
