This coffee is from producer Reinaldo Chilito in El Purutal, San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1850-1920 meters above sea level. The variety is Pink Bourbon, processed using a washed method. The cherries are harvested every 3 weeks and fermented for 24 hours, then pulped dry with the following day's pulp and left to ferment for 24 hours in a ceramic tank before being washed and dried for 15-20 days. The coffee features expressive and elegant flavor notes of orange blossom, ripe nectarine, and orange peel. Roasted for filter brewing.
