This is a natural processed Red Bourbon coffee from the Ghombo region of Kayanza, Burundi, grown at 1850-2000 meters altitude. Harvested in April 2020, this coffee features an intense fruity sweetness accompanied by a full body and intense aromatic qualities. The coffee is described as having such concentrated flavors that dilution with water after brewing is suggested. This is the third experimental fermentation attempt with the Matraco coffee, packaged in Grainpro and supplied by Bien Coffee.
