This single-lot coffee comprises 405 kg of cherry, dried slowly over 25 days on raised beds with over 75% screen sizes 17 and 18. The cup features fruit-forward aromatics with ginger flower and tropical fruit notes, raspberry-like acidity, medium body, and bright citrus-forward acidity with maintained sweetness and cleanliness.
