This espresso roast coffee comes from the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative, located in the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra, Indonesia — specifically in the village of Pantan Musara in the Pegasing district of Central Aceh. Grown at altitudes of 1,400–1,700 meters, the coffee is 100% Arabica featuring the Ateng Super and P88 varieties. It is naturally processed and offers a flavor profile of blueberry, raspberry, and papaya. Suitable for espresso machines, portafilter machines, and super-automatics.
