Ricardo is a balanced espresso blend combining Arabica beans from Valle del Cauca, Colombia and Robusta beans from Karnataka, India. The Colombian component is sourced from families connected to Cooperativa De Cafetaleros Del Norte Del Valle (CAFENORTE), grown at 1,500-1,900 meters altitude. The Indian Robusta is grown at 1,000 meters altitude. Both components are washed and wet-processed. The blend features varieties Castillo and Caturra. It offers a medium roast profile with mild chocolate flavors and sweet fruit notes, creating a smooth espresso with medium body and a soft aftertaste.
