About This Coffee

This exclusive origin blend combines Brazil Santos, Colombian Specialty Supremo, and Indonesian Aged Mandheling coffees. The varieties include Bourbon and Catimor, grown at elevations ranging from 400m to 2,000m. Processing methods include fully washed and natural. The medium dark roast features pistachio nuttiness, caramel, and brown sugar notes with buttery, creamy characteristics. It has low acidity and a high, syrupy body. As a pour over, caramel notes emerge with smooth brown sugar aftertaste. As espresso, buttery nuances dominate with pistachio aromas and hints of fruitiness reminiscent of blueberry and gooseberry.
