A washed coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown by smallholder farmers in the Magdalena River valley at 1650–1750 meters altitude. The region benefits from volcanic, nitrogen-rich soil and temperatures ranging from 17 to 23°C. Varieties include Castillo Naranjar, Caturra, and Colombia. Flavor notes include red apple, almond, raspberry tea — clean and sweet with a balanced, bright acidity and medium body.
